Open Emanage Care from the Dock or the Applications folder, and sign in with your username and password, or with Touch ID.

Emanage Care runs on your facility’s Mac, so you sign in there or at your facility’s staff address.
From an iPad or another computer at the facility
Open your facility’s staff address in Safari, Chrome or Edge. Your administrator finds it on the Staff devices page. Signing in from outside the building needs two-step sign-in.
Online
Emanage Care online is being built: you will sign in here, from anywhere, to your organization’s own records.
Trouble signing in
Forgot your password? Ask your facility’s administrator to reset it. Account locked? It unlocks by itself after 15 minutes, or the administrator can unlock it.
