Emanage Care.

Install it on the facility’s Mac. Staff then use it from iPads and computers on your network. Downloading is free; using Emanage Care needs a plan.

  1. Open the downloaded file and drag Emanage Care to Applications.
  2. Open Emanage Care. The first time, macOS says it cannot check the app for malicious software, because Apple has not notarized it yet: open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway.
  3. Create the administrator account, then add your staff.

Coming to the App Store

Until then, use Emanage Care from Safari at your facility: open your facility’s staff address (your administrator finds it on the Staff devices page), tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Online

Any computer with a web browser

Emanage Care online, with your organization’s own records, is coming. You will sign in from the Log in page.

Before you install

The Mac keeps your records. Patient records are stored on the Mac that runs Emanage Care, with encrypted nightly backups. Keep it plugged in, switched on and on your facility’s network.
